My husband Kevin is a professional editor in the television and new media field with extensive training in film as well. With this service he will be there for your labour to film everything and nothing! By this I mean he will film your labour in a tasteful light and will edit the footage so that it will be not only great quality but so that it will capture all the beauty of your birth. This will include a copy of the video on a USB as well as the raw footage for yourself to keep. This will also include a no obligation meeting with Kevin to discuss what you want your video to look like (certain shots, styles, etc. ), as well as a postpartum meeting to preview the video and discuss any changes wanted before its finalized.
The Goal of this service is to provide parents with a beautiful keepsake from their birth, as well as to give moms a sort of trophy to show their friends and family that you did it your way!
Filming the birth yourself?
We also offer the service of taking your raw footage and editing it into a video for you that you can show off to friends and family. This way you can maybe cut some things out, or only use certain shots you love! This will include two meeting's as well, one to pick up the footage and discuss what you want, the second after to preview the video before a final copy is given to you.
He has not yet filmed any births but below is his demo reel and his friends wedding that was recently filmed and edited by him and another girl.
